How can I create a Dashboard widget of the total number emails sent by each items and last 6 months like below?

Hi Que you would need to enable the respondent funnel under XM directory in order to create such reports. You wont be able to fetch the data unless we have it enabled as distribution fields are not available directly to be used

Do you have any advice for me on creating the latest 6 months data sheet, thank you very much!

Hi Que You can go for a pivot widget and split it by records date/ end date in order to achieve a similar view
