Can someone help me as the data values doesn't reflect on dashboard specially
while using the simple chart.

It's usually because the widget size is too small for the amount of info displayed. If you make the widget larger, you will likely see the values appear over each bar.

The only time I had that happen is when the chart was too busy. This doesn't seem to be the case, so I suggest you reach out to Qualtrics support.
