Filtering Distributions in Distribution Funnel Dashboard by Account Name?

You need to make sure you do a couple of things:

1. In Directory setting --> Respondent Funnel, add the embedded field for account name. (If this is a transaction rather than embedded data, make sure you add it as a transaction information field instead) Unfortunately, if you haven't done this yet, all prior distributions would not pick this data field up until it's added.


2. Map account name into the dashboard data


3. And then use it in any way you need to on the distribution reporting page in the dashboard

I suggest you reach out to support so they can help you troubleshoot. I've had to do that in the past as well - there may be some nuances to the settings that need to be done before this comes through.
