Hi Experts,
Business case: We need to calculate the total number of emails sent out so far via various distributions for our contacts directory.
How can we achieve this?
Note: I know for sure we will need to create a custom metric as explained below but no idea on how to get this number count.

We do have a widget available but its static and no config can be done on that. It gives basic distribution information per distributions:
Distributions Table Widget (CX)
Besides that, you have to go for the respondent funnel in order to get those details.

Hi Naro_BT In order to achieve the distribution-related reports, you would need to enable respondent funnel and then create a new respondent funnel dashboard, as one does not have direct access to distribution fields unless the respondent funnel is set to active.

Thanks Aanurag_QC ,
I have activated the respondent funnel but was hoping to get this in any of the standard/embedded variables available in qualtrics.
Is the respondent funnel dashboard the only way to get this total count?

Thanks Aanurag_QC ,
This does help.
Although it doesn't give me exactly what i was looking for but maybe in future we will get this total count information much easily to do our own calculations.
Thanks again!
