Imported custom benchmarks - CX dashboards

I downloaded the template for importing benchmarks into a CX dashboard, and uploaded them successfully.  They show up in the metrics section for widgets, but they don’t work.  I always get a message saying that “This metric configuration is missing. Please select another one.”  Then you can’t even unselect them.  Anyone ever run into this?

Hi,

We saw that happen to a user who switched to the new benchmark editor and added benchmarks to the ones that were created with the old one. Deleting and creating over all benchmarks fixed the problem for us.
