Hello Folks
I have a NPS question and I m displaying the results in dashboard for it but when I am trying to show NPS groups in detail the sum of passive , promoters and detractors is more than 100. Is this possible or I am missing something!

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/23600/nps-groups-issueYes, even I have seen this issue in the new vertical/horizontal bars widget. But after raising this to q support they were able to resolve this. Hope that approach works for you as well.

Nikkki this looks like it could just be rounding error since it sums to 101. If you add a decimal place do you get 100? You could raise it to support like Deepak suggests or get your users used to the idea that totals aren't always 100% because of rounding to have more simplistic labels.

Try to show your percentage in 2 decimal places. It's rounding error. Always happens in BI tool.
