Okay, I want to display on my dashboard how many surveys were sent per agent. Is that possible?

All agent data is loaded into each survey as metadata, so in theory, I think yes. I’m just not sure how to display it for my agents. Some of them feel like they don’t get the same amount of responses but I can’t control customers answering surveys so I thought if I could show them that they went OUT, that would help create trust.

If you enable the funnel data in your Directory, you can then use it as a data source for your dashboard. There are some metrics like Email Sent that could be used I guess to achieve your goal. Make sure to have the Agent variable as part of your funnel to use it there!
