Option Missing in Metric field

An option out of 4 for a particular question is missing in the filter of a metric while creating widget of a Dashboard, why is this happening and how to correct it?

Hi anithaV407, the first thing to check is whether there's at least one response for that option in Data & Analysis. If there is, verify that the correct question field is mapped in the dashboard's data source, as there may be a newer field containing the additional option. Lastly, check that the recodes in the survey match the recodes in the dashboard data mapping, as any mismatch can cause an option to be missing from the filter.

Adding one more thing to check: ​@anithaV407 , could you also verify the dashboard mapping and ensure this option isn't excluded from the analysis in the dashboard mapper?
