Is there a way to calculate the Response Rate for Anonymous Surveys? Is there any widget and metadata that I can use?

Unfortunately no, you can only show total completes as number chart.

In case you know how many you have sent than you can calculate Response rate as (completes*100)/Sent. you can do same in custom metric
