I'm working on setting up a regularly scheduled email from the dashboard to vocalize users. Each user has a set role and permissions. Do I have to setup individual emails for those people with the dashboard setup for them or can I setup one email and it will only show what they are supposed to see? Also, is there a way to have the PDF in a landscape format and not portrait?

Hi!!i think the best idea is to set the permissions from the admin user. as vocalize users may have some restrictions. In addition in that way you have full control of the data you are making available in those emails.I believe there is no way to make the landscape format. Using JPG instead of PDF have worked for me in some cases
