Hello,

I am trying to build a dashboard page to track the performance of my survey.

I want to show total responses per question so we can easily track drop off.

I can see there is a “count” field for each question, but I cant figure out how to only display the number of responses per question in a widget.

Not sure if its filters or something else?

Hi Tim,

Seems like you need to use a Number Chart. Select “Count” as your metric. Then add a filter and set it to your question of interest. The number should update to count of responses to that question.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Mohsen! This wasnt quite working initially as they all had the same count.

I found that you need to select the response options within the filter and then it calculates out an actual count.

Hi @TimOH -- another option is to tick on the “show response count” box in the widget of the dashboard, which will generate a count. It’s important to note that the count will vary from one widget/question to another because not all respondents answer every question (unless you require them to do so).
