Hi everyone - The new text iQ sentiment categories are just a bit too much and confusing for my end users of the dashboards. I'd like to combine Very Positive and Positive into just one Positive category, and same with Negative. I can't do that in the data sources for those specific fields. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this to simplify my users' view?
Thanks!

The sentiments are tagged using a dictionary. If you create your own or modify the given ones, you can change the output to whatever you like.

Hi Inessa, I know this is an old thread but did you ever solve this issue (combine Positive and Very Positive sentiment into 1 group, same with Negative and Very Negative). I am trying to accomplish the same thing, just make a simple pie chart of overall sentiment with 3 categories (Positive, Negative, Mixed/Neutral).

Thanks!
