Added an additional option of N/A while a survey was active and now results are wrong, help?

During an active survey, I added an additional option of N/A as an answer to a few questions and now anyone's results who answered the survey prior to that change are not pulling through onto the report. This is very frustrating as it is skewing all the data.
Please help.
