I have 2 data sources ("Direct Reports" and "Others") in my subject report. If one data source has less than 5 responses, I would like to combine the two together. How do I do that?

Here is one possibility. Please let me know if there is an easier way of doing this! 1. Create a category called "Direct Reports / Others" a. If (Filter by Evaluation Scope: Subjects evaluation) b. And if (Filter by Relationship: Direct Report or Filter by Relationship: Others) 2. In Report -> Edit Subject Report -> Report Options -> Rater Category Display Logic a. Hide Direct Reports If (Direct Reports fewer than 5 responses or Others fewer than 5 responses) b. Hide Others If (Direct Reports fewer than 5 responses or Others fewer than 5 responses) c. Show "Direct Reports / Others" If (Direct Reports fewer than 5 responses or Others fewer than 5 responses)
