Duplication of answers entered when running report
Currently when I enter responses into Qualtrics the quantity amount is doubling. There were only six responses for this course and when the data imports into the report it doubles it. Also, the following fields do not pre-populate into the report: (1) #11, e-mail address field, (2)#13 address, (3) #14 comments/feedback field.

+49@DelawareTech can you provide more information like a screen shot, question, type, any recoded values, etc.? Are there additional rows in the data & analytics screen?
