Editing Action plans

Hello, We are using the Action planning widget to drive action on our engagement results. I inputted all the action plans we have. How I need to go back and make some changes to existing action plans and update their status, however I can't seem to do that. All I can do is add a new plan. How do I delete/change existing plans? I have checked my permission settings, they are set so I can view all data without any reconstructions across the survey as well as within that specific dashboard. Thanks, Jenny
