We currently have a team where we have a vacant position (let’s call it Vacant Superintendent). Typically the org hierarchy would have 3 Superintendents reporting to the Manager, while the position is vacant we’re running our annual Culture/Engagement Survey so all the people who would typically report through to Vacant Superintendent are reporting directly to the Manager. As these teams are too small, they won’t meet our anonymity threshold to view their results when dashboards become available. Is there a way to create a “Vacant Superintendent” role in this structure, so the Manager can view the results of our survey for this team? If so, how?
