It’s a really great news to hear about the new feature “Export Scores by Org Unit” !
I did it for my client and in the export file there are no headers, no questions names, etc.
Is it how it should work?
How can I know which numbers/scores are for which questions?

Not too sure if you had this resolved right now but I will still add instructions in case you need to refer to it and others.
Some of the pre requisites before exporting are listed in Qualtrics work instructions that I followed:
After that, when exporting the particular page based off the org unit you have chosen, the dashboard should display “Export scores by org unit” when clicking on the export dashboard button. Once I downloaded the CSV file I was able to see the favorable, neutral, and unfavorable scores overall based on the widgets you have set up. This should solve your issue of not being able to the question names and headers. I hope this helps!
