We piloted this solution at Qualtrics and we got lots of really good insights. A quick and easy example to share was that we heard a lot of employees express concern about their work from home arrangements (i.e., not computers, uncomfortable chairs, etc.). The executive team saw the data and made the call to allow employees to bring essential equipment home to facilitate comfortable and productive work from home.
What actionable insights did you gain from your survey?

There is a question around capacity is a little unusual in that both ends of the scale are undesirable (e.g., too much work and not enough work). Many organizations are trying to rebalance the work across their workforces - stories like clothing manufactures starting to make face masks and scrubs for healthcare workers is the basis for that question - understanding what areas of your organization are burning hot versus which ones areas are sitting idle so that leaders can help rebalance as a follow-up action.
