Hi,
i was importing participants from XM Directory, but after 2 hours is still blocked on the 78%.

There's a way to stop the process?

As far as I know, the Qx support team generally mentions a maximum of 6 hours for imports/exports. If the job is still stuck after that, or if you want to cancel it, you can reach out to the support team so they can terminate it from the backend.
