Hi!, I would like to add participants to my engagement survey, but I need to filter them by their date of hire, an example would be "older than 6 months". It's possible?

Yes, this should be possible. How are you intending to add the participants? Is this a one time selection, or do you expect to use a daily import?
In both cases you of course need to have the hire date listed in a know format, like dd/mm/yyyy.
