We're working through the early phases of preparing to transition from an annual engagement survey into a quarterly pulse cadence using the EX25 framework. The platform manages each quarterly pulse was a distinct project, which means a new action planning tool each quarter... But leaders at our company typically using action plans with timelines that may extend a full year; certainly longer than a quarter. I'm curious if anyone else has been challenged by the quarterly timeframe associated with action planning in EX25 and how your organization has solved for it.

@Matt_BSomething has come on-line since my last response. Have you seen Manager Assist? It has a Plan of Action section that pulls all action plans from their different dashboards into a single space.Sounds like this may solve the concern we discussed previously.
