The difference between the two would be that the “Legacy Word Cloud” just doesn’t have the two different tabs in the “new word cloud” widget. As you stated, they are the same thing as far as functionality just different display menus within each one. I will provide a photo just to visualize it! Never notice that though but I just prefer the new word cloud having the separate tab menus
I think both are same expect the look and feel for new is as per latest industry standards.
