Hello, I have a question with 5 options, one of the options is Other(Please specify) with text entry enabled.While trying to build a dashboard widget that displays all the responses selected for this question, i would like to display the text entered in the Other option. But the widget isn’t showing the text. Is there anyway to pull the data entered in the text entry box? Thank you!

Hello,Maybe you haven’t mapped that answer choice’s(other) field in the dashboard data. Thats why you are not able to see the ‘other’ choice when you are creating a widget.You can go to the settings→ Dashboard Data→ Add field→Not Mapped →then search for that question→then select that ‘other’ answer choice in the side drop down→ Give this field a name→ Click Save.Then to display replies to that choice create a response ticker widget and then select the field that you have created in the dashboard data.
