Hello! New EX user here.

We are creating an employee suggestion box (the project type is: Survey), to post on our company intranet. Employees will authenticate via SSO in order to leave their confidential feedback.

The SSO authenticator works, and it captures the respondent email address.

We ideally would like to connect the response to other employee metadata from our Employee Directory (e.g., country, department, etc.), but I cannot seem to find an option for doing so. 

I don’t see an option in the authentication step of the survey flow for doing this. “Associate respondent with panel” doesn’t appear to be relevant, but please let me know if I’m mistaken.

I’m open to any and all ideas for how to make that connection, from different survey types to custom workflows or other suggestions. We have historically received a high volume of feedback through our suggestion box and would love to bring that into Qualtrics.
