We are planning to send a survey to candidates who were not selected for the hiring process. In order to tailor the survey, we need embedded data about these candidates, such as the position they applied for, their country, and other relevant details. We do not require their contact information.
The embedded data we need is available in SuccessFactors, and we are working on creating a connection to access it. However, we're concerned that importing all the candidates might "pollute" the employee directory, as it would include individuals who were not hired.
Do you have any suggestions on how we can handle this situation more efficiently, or ideas for managing this data without affecting the employee directory?
