While my organization is in healthcare and not Finance/Banking when we were reviewing the AI functions of Qualtrics, our IS Security and Privacy teams found a lot of answers located here: Trust Center - Qualtrics
I also found it a great tool to understand the different AI offerings, how data flows to use the AI functions, what type of data is transferred and to provide my Security and Privacy teams with comprehensive answers.
