Topic: Mobile Specific Content
Something commonly forgotten is that roughly a third of respondents take surveys on their mobile device, for this reason, it is crucial to consider both Desktop and Mobile experiences while creating surveys.
A few ways to optimize your survey’s mobile experience include selecting and avoiding certain question types, creating mobile-specific themes, and even creating completely different survey experiences for your mobile respondents with mobile-specific content. To create this content, branches in the Survey Flow can be used to check what device is currently being used and display either the mobile or desktop-specific blocks. Matrix tables, Slider, Side by Side, and Multiple choice question types also have mobile-friendly options to create an easier mobile survey experience.
Help your mobile device respondents out by creating mobile-specific content today!
Where to find this feature:
- Go to the Survey Flow.
- Select Add a New Element Here.
- Choose the Branch Element.
- Click Add a Condition.
- Ensure that Device Type is set to Mobile.
- Add blocks, end of survey elements, and other survey flow elements that will make up your mobile specific content within the branch.
