Hi all! I'm not new to the Qualtrics Community, just newly active :) . I'm an analytics lead for the National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. We are well along the customer experience journey, and like many in U.S. federal agencies find that there are unique opportunities and challenges for agencies that want to manage and improve their CX. We're always on the hunt for good benchmarks for customer experience, particularly for other organizations in the government and nonprofit worlds. I'm also always interested in comparing notes with peers who are working in public sector CX. Could others working in the public sector "sound off" and let us know how you work with CX?
