How do you use Qualtrics for training evaluation with the Kirkpatrick Model?

The Kirkpatrick Model for training evaluation has four levels: Reaction; Learning; Behavior; and, Results, however, most organizations are only utilizing Qualtrics to address levels one and two. While evaluating training effectiveness at these levels is important, levels three and four are necessary to truly determine the effectiveness of training by assessing if: participants applied what they learned, and targeted outcomes occurred as a result of training? 

 

If you and your team use Qualtrics to evaluate training effectiveness, please share 1) how you’re using the tool for evaluation, and 2) what level of the Kirkpatrick Model you’re evaluating at.
