Last month, we partnered with NACCHO to host a panel with the City of Corona and the Ocean County Health Dept. to discuss Qualtrics' research platform. Learn how organizations and public health departments “get into the shoes” of those they are studying to drive equity and surface significant insights.

How do you imagine your organization scaling research more in the coming months?

This was a fascinating discussion. It was helpful to see all of the use cases across the government space and how agencies at all levels are using CX research to guide improvements in the way that they serve people.

This year, our research is going to scale in two areas: firstly, the scope of measures that we are collecting from our digital analytics along with our CX measures. We just finished adopting GA4, which will give us greater ability to measure how people are engaging with our websites and what they are doing on them.

The other way that we will be scaling research is to continue to embed CX and digital analytics insights in our product teams’ workflows. This is a big challenge for any organization, but especially for those in the public sector where adopting measurement is a journey in itself. Thanks again for the valuable insight here!
