Hello, Higher Ed!

We hope that everyone is having a good start to the academic year and a good holiday weekend coming up. We would like to invite you to join us on September 24th at 2 pm EST for a special webinar with Cara Jones (RN, BSN, CEN, TCRN), Medical College of Georgia and Caitlin Lowery, Ibis Public Sector.

Cara Jones will take us behind the scenes of their student journey mapping program and how they identified the need to set up a student success tracking program at the Medical College of Georgia. During this session, Caitlin Lowery will also expand from a Qualtrics Implementation partner perspective on how the program was set up, the technical aspects of the program, and showcase how to leverage more of the technical aspects of Qualtrics as a whole.

During this session, you'll learn:

  • How the Medical College of Georgia determined the need for journey mapping
  • The result and overall impact of having journey mapping for medical students
  • How this program was set up from a technical standpoint

What to expect:

  • 5-10 minutes: Opening announcements and event overview
  • ~40 minutes: In-depth customer presentation on their Qualtrics use cases
  • 10 minutes: Live Q&A — ask your questions directly to our guest speakers

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into how a major city uses data and design to engage its community and drive meaningful change. If you are interested in attending, you can find the virtual registration and calendar links here

Do you have any requests for future topics? Please let us know in the comments!
