We hope everyone is having a smooth end of year and getting ready for some needed time off over the holidays. With it being the end of another semester, we are wondering: how are you measuring student experience at your institution? From new student enrollment, to on campus living, extracurricular involvement, digital & in-person learning experiences, and so much more -- how do you gather feedback to identify pain points and improve the overall student experience?
This article does a great job of highlighting the different aspects of student experience, metrics to use to quantify the overall student experience, and how to improve student experience using the 3 step strategy of: Listen, Understand, & Act.
