Thank you email for course evaluation

​@Nam Nguyen I am using the Qualtrics course evaluation setup so your post would not work.

We are sending the evaluations out by email and blackboard.  

In this case, ask for email and respond at some point after submission, either with a regular old end of survey trigger or a work flow.

Looks like you are in workflows.   That would set it up for any additional completions that come in, it would not send for all who have completed so far.    

If you just sent the anonymous link via your email program, then you do not know who has responded unless you asked for their email on the survey.   Sorry if I misled you with my earlier response.  

​@BrianPickerill I just sending the survey for fall that will go out Monday and it being sent out using the Qualtrics Course Evaluation setup that sends email plus links un the blackboard.  With this setup the student goes to one link and has list of all surveys they need to do course and instructor.
