We have shared a variety of content this year. As a customer experience (CX) company, we are always striving to practice what we preach in collecting and acting on customer feedback. So we are wondering:

What content would you like to see from us in 2024? What features do you have questions about frequently?

Examples include:

  1. Features (XM Directory, Dashboards, etc.)
  2. Digital Experiences
  3. Student Life Surveys
  4. Employee Experiences

What type of content would you like to see from us in 2024?

Examples include:

  1. Technical Tips
  2. Ask me Anything “Open Office Hours”
  3. QSFs
  4. Best Practices
  5. Other Customers Spotlights

In the course evaluations arena, I would love to see automation in emails outside of the evaluation invites and reminders. For example, I’d like to be able to automatically send an email to the instructors at the end of the semester to let them know that the semester results are available in a dashboard.

Hey @Kristin Anderson more to come on this in 2024! To answer your question now though:

What I would do is use the CX feature set that allows for sharing of dashboards via email. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/sharing-dashboards/sharing-your-dashboard/
Once, the dashboard is ready for each professor than they can send out an email. The should make sure to have role-based dashbaord users provisioned. Hope that helps!
