Hello.
My company uses a learning platform that is integrated with our CRM, Salesforce. Information about which user watchs or attends a session from this platform is then sent to Salesforce. There's an integration between Salesforce and Qualtrics that creates a contact list in Qualtrics per day per region. This is already automated.
Now, I'd like for a survey to be sent automatically to these recipients.
Was is best practice in this case? Has anyone been through this before?
My goal is for learning platform users to receive a survey as soon as they watched an on-demand video or attended a webinar.

i think the best option is to use the workflows in salesforce to create the individual distribution
