Hi All,
Ideally we would like to display survey pop up when user navigating away anywhere from a particular page.
For example- we have a confirmation page and it has left side navigation buttons, top right corner drop down plus links within page itself. We want to display pop up in confirmation page when user clicking either of those area.
We also want to display popup on exit from the confirmation page.

You can use the "current page" condition and use html ids through condition Website --> HTML on site for targeting a specific page and a particular component on the website.
