Currently, for Non-English surveys, the answers are getting captured in Salesforce in the same language in which the survey content is displayed. But as per our requirement, we want to capture the survey answers in English language only in Salesforce even if the survey is in Non-English language. For example, if the survey is in Czech language, the survey answers should get captured in English language only in Salesforce.

I am not familiar with Salesforce or integrating with it, but in the Data & Analysis section you can Translate Comments under the Tools menu on the top right. This only happens after the survey and I don't know exactly when. If you were doing a pull from the survey on a regular basis and instead from every response you might be able to pull this information instead.
