Is it possible to import a survey from Sawtooth? If, so how do I go about it?

I don't think there's an automatic solution. You'll have to bulges the survey on qualtrics. Also, u think there are a few features across the two that don't match, so depending upon what you're using, you'll need to modify accordingly.
