I am new to this group and I am hoping that I will find a solution for the issue that I am facing with the integration of SF and Qualtrics. Have integrated both the software and created a survey that include different Question types and created a Response Mapping with the Salesforce fields with desired Salesforce Object(Survey Response) which is present in SF contact page. Here the issue is when I am sending the Q Survey from salesforce contact page I can clearly see that survey sent successfully but Customer is not receiving the survey.
Can someone please help me with this issue and any help is really appreciated.

If you've followed all the steps mentioned on the integration support page properly and the problem still persists, then I would recommend getting in touch with the support team, as it maybe a glitch with the account.
