Pulling Data from Lookup on User Object in Salesforce | XM Community
Skip to main content

Hello,

I currently have a Salesforce integration that is working perfectly. On our User object in Salesforce we have a lookup field for "Supervisor" which basically allows us to lookup the name and Id of an agent's supervisor.

In Qualtrics I can see the Supervisor lookup, and it allows me to see all of the available fields on the Supervisor record (which is simply another user account, so our integration has access to all of the relevant fields).

I have set Agent Region, Agent Role, and Agent Supervisor as embedded data fields like all of our other fields we are grabbing. I have double checked everything, and everything is working perfectly except the "Supervisor" lookup. When the workflow runs the Supervisor Name field only has a " where the value should be.

Does anyone have an idea what is going on here? Rather urgent request as this has been an issue for some time with no resolution in sight.

Thanks in advance.

Can you look into if that variable is being set after lookup is called or if you have used Qualtrics's pre-defined variable name for this one? If that is the case then you will need to reupload it with some different name to be called in the study.
