Recode Values Question
Hi,
I have a question in my survey which has responses as (Strongly disagree to strongly agree), I want these responses to flow back to Salesforce as numeric values, can this be done through qualtrics?

Yes, when you do response mapping please make sure to select "Selected choice recode"
I hope you've turned-on the recode value for that question, if not then please do so.
