I have a survey with default language in English and translations in a couple of other languages. We have our Salesforce system set up to accept responses in English only. However, the response mapping action in Qualtrics maps the responses in the language that the respondent takes the survey in.
Does anyone know how I can have the responses mapped in the default language instead?

No, unfortunately, they don't allow you to do this. I just ran into a similar issue. I had to resort to changing all my Salesforce fields to simple text instead of picklists in order to accommodate. This then removes the ability to report in SF if it's ever needed.
