Retry Salesforce Action after correcting Survey Response
We have a survey that has several submission actions to update and create Salesforce objects. One of these actions failed (invalid length of data), the rest were successful. I have corrected the field in question on the response and from Actions-Reporting I have clicked on Retry for the failed Salesforce Action. The result is the say, though, as if the Action is not accessing the corrected survey data.
Was I wrong to assume that this would work? Is there some other step that I have missed that will allow me to Retry this Action? I don't want to Retake the survey because all other Actions have already completed successfully. Thanks in advance for any insights.
