Scheduling recurring SMS (or Email) messages based on survey inputs
Let's say I have a survey where participants are prompted to select days of the week that they would like to receive messages via SMS or Email. The time of day is also selectable by the participant. Does Qualtrics support this feature where recurring messages can be scheduled to go out to the participants via SMS or Email? Hopefully somebody has had a similar requirement in the past.

SMS distribution is chargeable and not every account has the SMS distribution feature. You will have to check with your brand admin: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/mobile-distributions/sms-surveys/
Also, email and SMS distribution generate a unique link so, if you planning to send the SMS and email to the same contact then he will receive 2 unique links of the same survey and he will be able to participate and complete via both link.
