Hi, I'm a researcher at a national laboratory that conducts team science. We're running a research project involving surveys, and because we are so collaborative, we need survey responses to be added to a new row of a Google Sheet hosted on a shared Google drive, instead of only to a sheet located on My Drive. But when I connect my work Google account, I cannot connect to a Google Sheet that's on a shared Google drive. It simply doesn't work. I can't imagine I'm the only user who'd like to see this functionality.
My organization's IT department said: "Contact Qualtrics support to have them update their connector software to support Team/Shared drives. The Google's Drive API has a 'supportsAllDrives' parameter which, when set to true, allows the requesting application to support both My Drives and shared drives:
https://developers.google.com/drive/api/v3/reference/files/create".
Why can't Google Sheets task work with shared drives?
