In SPSS (once the export randomization option was checked) how do I combine all rotations (Flow IDs) for a concept into one set of questions?

If each concept data is stored in different set of variables and for bringing the data in only one set of variable you have to do data stacking in SPSS and than you can crosstab the result using a single concept variable.

This sounds like it will do the trick - but where do I find the Data Stacking command in SPSS 25?

After investigating this approach a question as to whether the example was from a randomized Qualtrics survey. If so, what is the Survey Flow and where are the Flow ID variables? This also appears to accomplish a Split File operation except groups on records versus a variable classification.
