Closing School Survey

Our District is in a place where we are considering closing a few schools due to declining student enrollment.  As we look to define our process to do this, we are looking for a survey that would help us find values of student, staff, and parents for what they important in this process.  Does anyone have any examples that they are willing to share?

    Hi @cstauffer31, our team recommend: “having a question at the start of the survey that asks if you are a student, staff or parent and then have a ranking question or a sum question to understand what the high priority needs or values are.”
