Now on to the spotlight!

Q: Tell us about your current role.
A: I work in Human Resources as the Teacher and Leader Support Services Coordinator. I work with evaluations, hiring, induction, and support our HR solutions.
Q: Tell us about one project that you have run on Qualtrics that has been particularly impactful.
A: With limited physical access to new hires, I was trying to find a way to assist with login issues with several of the platforms that we use.
I created the New Hire Connection Assistant that was promoted at our induction event and placed on a website easy access.
New hires were able to access the program and choose the system they were experiencing difficulty. They were then taken through a step or two to troubleshoot the issue. Respondents were then asked if the issue was resolved. If it was not, then an email trigger or a ticket with the respondent's information was sent to the appropriate person or team for follow up and resolution. The best part of this system was that a contact list was created of the new employees with their personal/login data. By entering their email address, I was able to pull embedded data, such as a username, for the individual. (Download the QSF below!)
Q: What would you like to learn from others in the Community?
A: I am always looking for innovative ways to use Qualtrics. We utilize the powerful dashboards for perception surveys, but I would like to become better at Text iQ. I would like to see how others are grouping topics and using this feature well. I am always open to learning new things.
Q: If time and money were endless, what would be your dream experience?
A: I would like to take my entire family on a tour of France and Spain to enjoy the cultures and the beautiful languages.
Q: Do you have any additional or fun information you'd like to share as it relates to your experience with Qualtrics?
A: I love Qualtrics! I have been able to train small groups of people on survey creation and some of the extra capabilities, but I am always talking about what other things Qualtrics can do. I get a little defensive when someone says it is just for surveys. I am appreciative to have a boss who will always say, "Can you make Qualtrics do that?"
