It’s essential to understand the thoughts, feelings, and actions of students throughout their journey with our institution since every interaction either propels students forward or hinder progress towards their goals.
As educators, it is imperative that we grasp the complete student experience and utilize this knowledge to inform our decision-making. Neglecting to understand and consider student experiences can lead to disjointed journeys, gaps in insight, blind spots, delayed responses, unmet expectations, and unseen barriers, which ultimately breaks their trust.
